Love God. Love people. Make disciples.
Encourage everyone's next step toward Jesus Christ, help families grow together in faith, and actively serve our community.
The health of the church rests on its commitment to the mission Jesus gave to the early church through the Great Commandment (Matthew 22:36-40) and the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20).
This page serves as a 'dashboard' of Highlands' finances and ministries, updated monthly, to provide church members additional insight into how we're doing.
The chart below shows giving year-to-date (our fiscal year runs July - June) plotted in relation to the giving trend over the last five years. As giving and finances naturally ebb and flow throughout the year, this chart helps guide us in tracking the health of our current year. The weekly budgeted need for the 2020-2021 fiscal year is $89,384.
Taking a Next Step
Part of our vision is to encourage everyone's next step toward Jesus Christ. For some, that means publicly declaring their faith through baptism. For others, it means joining a small group, serving others, or even meeting with another believer for one-on-one discipleship.
