Our Marketplace Ministry Forums feature a presentation by a notable business leader on what it means to thrive in the workplace as a follower of Christ. They are designed to connect business people within the church as well as to train and inspire participants to excel in the workplace. Following the presentation, there will be time for small group discussion and networking for attendees.
Our guest speaker for the October 27 Forum will be Mark Englizian. Mark is a retired corporate executive with 35+ years of experience in solving complex business and people challenges. He served in executive roles with Walgreens, Amazon, Microsoft and Tektronix. Mark has been a reviewer for Harvard Business Press and has appeared on CNBC’s Nightly Business Report.
With degrees in communications, theology and psychology and a frequent business school lecturer and conference speaker, he is the author of the book Significant: Practices and Principles for a Meaningful Life, and a forthcoming new book, Stakeholders: The Intersection of Human Beings in the Eco-System of Business.
