Volleyball
Part of our mission here at Highlands is to "Love God and Love People". In fulfilling that mission, we wanted to create a welcoming space in our very own community where people can grow in fellowship and have fun together. The courts are available to the community by reservation using the button below.
Here are some things you will need to know before reserve a volleyball court:
- Courts are PLAY AT YOUR OWN RISK - Highlands Church is not responsible for accidents or injuries.
- There are two identical courts (North and South)
- Each court can be booked a maximum of two weeks in advance and in 1 hour time blocks.
- For all other requests, please call us at (480) 348-9191 during regular business hours (Mon-Thurs 9:00am-5:00pm, Fri 9:00am-2:00pm.)
- The first booking starts at 8:00am Monday-Saturday, at 1:00pm on Sundays, and the last booking every day is at 9:00pm.
- The courts have lights that operate via timer dials at each court from 8:00am-10:00pm
- To reduce sand temperatures during summer play, there are hose bibs and sprinklers at each court. Please make sure that these are shut off and hoses are stowed away properly after each use.
- The courts are monitored for security purposes via video surveillance 24 hours a day. Please have your reservation confirmation text/email available for campus security.
- Please pick up after yourselves and leave the courts in equal (or better) condition than how you found them.
- No alcohol, drugs, tobacco, profanity, or glass containers are allowed anywhere on or around the court.
- Keep food items out of the sand areas.
- Please be considerate of those who have scheduled a block of time directly after yours.
- Public restrooms are located at the park west of the Highlands campus.
