Griefshare: Surviving the Holidays
Sunday, November 10th at 1:30pm
When you’re grieving the death of a family member or friend, you may dread the holiday season. The holidays are especially challenging for those grieving the loss of a loved one. Find encouragement, support and valuable tools at this special afternoon seminar. Together, we'll explore how to cope with painful emotions, navigate social events and walk through traditions in this new chapter of life.
Griefshare
Tuesdays at 6:00pm beginning January 7th
GriefShare is a safe, welcoming place where people understand and process the difficult emotions of grief. You’ll learn helpful ways of coping with grief, in all its unpredictability—and gain solid support each step of the way.
Our group is lead by caring people who have experienced grief, and want to help you through the difficult days ahead. The program is nondenominational, open to the community, and features biblical concepts for healing from your grief. While the session has start and end dates, participants may join at any time throughout the year. There is no cost to attend, and a workbook will be provided.
GriefShare is a nation-wide ministry program focused on partnering with churches to provide care and healing. You can learn more about GriefShare at GriefShare.org.
