5th & 6th Grade
Sunday Mornings: 10:45am
Wednesday Nights: 6:30pm
Preteens are at an age where they begin to develop their self-identity. It’s an exciting and demanding time as they are going through so many changes developmentally and socially. We strive to meet students where they’re at and challenge them to take the next step. The vision of the H56 ministry is to get students to know and comprehend the Gospel.
The 5th & 6th grade room is located on the south end of the Student Building and meets Sunday mornings at 10:45am as well as Wednesday evenings at 6:30pm.
We believe Proverbs 3:5-6 to be the heart of what we desire for our preteens. It says "Trust in the Lord with all you heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him and he will make your paths straight." We desire our students to live for Jesus and have confidence in knowing what they believe and why they believe it.
April 6-8 | camp pinerock
We will be taking a bus up to Prescott and staying two nights at Camp Pinerock. We will participate in outdoor games and activities which include; a high ropes course, low ropes course, rock wall, archery, swimming, zip-line, and various field games which will be heavily supervised by our volunteer staff, and the professional staff that is on site. When we are not playing games, we will be diving into the word of God, worshiping our Creator, and diving into discussion of what it means to own our faith in Christ.
Registrants will have to pay a total of $175.00, with a minimum of $50.00 due at registration. On March 4th, the registration amount will increase to $210.00, so be sure to register before then!
