Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA)
Highlands Church is proud to be certified by the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA). This certification is based on seven standards of responsible stewardship including financial accountability, transparency, sound board governance and ethical fundraising. Where do I get my year-end tax statement?
At the end of January, Highlands will be mailing year-end tax statements to all donors with cumulative giving of $250 or more in the calendar year. If you have any questions or if you do not meet the requirements but would like an annual statement sent to you, please contact the Finance team at or 480-348-9191.
Is my donation tax-deductible?
Yes. Highlands Church is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization and your donation is tax-deductible within the guidelines of U.S. law. To claim a donation as a deduction on your U.S. taxes, please use your year-end tax statement as your official record. We'll send it to the address we have on file in January.

Do you accept donations of stock?

Can I write a check?
Checks may be placed in the offering boxes in the Worship Center on Sunday mornings or mailed to Highlands Church, 9050 E Pinnacle Peak Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85255.
Is my donation confidential?
Confidentiality is our highest priority. Donation information is kept in the strictest confidence and is accessed only by the Finance staff.
